2. Products

All products sold by Aaraish by Maira are handcrafted and may have minor variations in embroidery, colour, or finish — this is a natural characteristic of handmade goods and not a defect. Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight colour differences may occur due to screen settings.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
• An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful placement of your order.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors, with a full refund issued.

4. Payment

We accept payments through the methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details. By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
• Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier or seasonal delays.
• Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you where available.

6. Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
• In original packaging
• Not a custom or made-to-order piece (custom orders are non-refundable)
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Custom Orders

Custom design orders are non-refundable once production has begun. We will communicate all design details, measurements, and estimated timelines before confirming a custom order. Changes to a custom order after confirmation may incur additional charges.
